Lancefield Triples Tournament – 5 Feb 2023

Lancefield Triples Tournament was held 5 Feb 2023 – Sponsored by Romsey Hot Bread and TJ Scott and Son (Funeral Directors)

12 Teams took to the green on a perfect day for bowls.  Game one was over 15 ends, followed by lunch, when the raffle was drawn.  After lunch all teams played two games of 12 ends.  At the end of the day there was two 3 game winners.  They were Joe Bayona’s team and Chris Jolly’s team.  Out they went for a 3 end playoff where Joe’s team were the victors with a 5 shot to 2 margin.

Winners:  Joe Bayona, Ian Pentland and Russell Symond (skip).  Runners Up:  Chris Jolly, Steven Climas and Jeff Holmes (skip)

Best last game:  with 24 shots up  David Beardmore, Paul O’Farrell and Russell Walker OAM (skip)
