Lancefield Bendigo Bank Fours Tournament – 5 March 2023

Lancefield Bendigo Bank Fours Tournament was held Sunday 5th March 2023.  Twelve teams took to the greens to play three games of 12 ends.  After the completion of two games there were four teams with two wins and none of them were playing each other in the third game.  After the third game we had only two three game winners.  They were Geoff Briggs (Bendigo) and Joe Bayona (Composite).  

Both teams went back out for a three end playoff where the Joe Bayona team were the eventual winners.  Therefore; Geoff Briggs team were the Runners-up.  Best last game was won by Greg Taylors (Romsey) team.

A lovely two course lunch was enjoyed by all that attended and nibbles were on the tables after the game.  Thank you to all the helpers on the day and the bowlers – without them the tournament could not have gone ahead.
